When planning a modular cleanroom or clean laboratory project, cost budget and construction lead time are the most concerned issues for every customer. Unlike fixed-price standard products, the quotation and cycle of modular cleanroom projects are affected by multiple factors. First, the cleanroom cleanliness grade is the core factor affecting cost and cycle. ISO 5 high-standard clean spaces require higher-precision purification equipment, stricter sealing technology and more detailed construction processes, with higher overall cost and longer debugging cycle. ISO 7 and ISO 8 conventional cleanrooms have relatively moderate configuration requirements, lower costs and faster delivery cycles, which are suitable for most industrial and laboratory scenarios.
Second, project area and functional layout. The larger the construction area, the more standardized the batch production and assembly, and the lower the unit cost. Complex functional partitions, multi-area differential pressure design and special functional areas such as buffer rooms and disinfection rooms will increase construction difficulty and appropriately extend the project cycle.
Third, material and equipment configuration. High-grade fireproof, anti-corrosion, anti-static panels, high-efficiency FFU filtration systems, intelligent purification doors and windows and high-standard ventilation systems will improve project quality but increase the total cost.
